Terms of Service

1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the cryptocurrency portfolio management and strategy analysis service ("Service") provided by CoreRounder ("Company," "we," "us"). These Terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service provides the following features:

• Multi-exchange portfolio management (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Upbit)
• Real-time asset price tracking and P&L calculations
• Strategy simulation and backtesting tools
• Paper Trading (simulation) - Virtual trading without real execution
• AI Insights analysis (credit-based) - Portfolio analysis, risk assessment, performance analysis
• AI-powered portfolio analysis and risk monitoring
• Black Swan Index (BSI) - Automatic detection of extreme market risks
• Market Report (daily auto-reports) - Market analysis sent via Telegram
• Trade history synchronization and performance analytics
• Macroeconomic indicators and market data
• Advanced Checklist and investment planner (calendar, to-do, routines, checklists)
• Manual Account creation and management

Important: All features of the Service, including Paper Trading, AI Insights, and Black Swan Index, are for informational and analytical purposes. We do not execute trades on your behalf or hold custody of your assets.

3. Investment Disclaimer

• Paper Trading (simulation) is a virtual trading simulator. Actual trading results may differ significantly.
• Black Swan Index (BSI) is an automated risk detection alert, not a trading signal.
• AI Insights analysis is AI-driven recommendation without guarantee of accuracy or future performance.
• Cryptocurrency investment involves significant risk, including the potential loss of principal.
• Past performance (including simulations) does not guarantee future results.
• Leveraged trading may result in losses exceeding your initial investment.
• All investment decisions must be made at your own judgment and responsibility.
• The Company assumes no liability for losses resulting from your investment decisions.
• Consult a qualified financial advisor if needed.

4. Account Registration and Management

4.1 Eligibility

• Individuals aged 19 or older, or legally established entities
• Persons not prohibited from using cryptocurrency services under their country of residence's laws

4.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email, password).
• You must immediately notify us if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.
• The Company is not liable for damages arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Social Login

If you use Google social login, Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy additionally apply. We process information received from Google (email, name, profile picture) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Exchange API Key Management

5.1 Supported Exchanges

The Service supports the following exchanges: Binance, Bybit, OKX, Upbit

5.2 User Responsibility

• We strongly recommend granting only read-only permissions to API keys registered with our Service.
• The Company is not liable for damages arising from API keys with withdrawal permissions.
• Proper API key permission configuration is solely the user's responsibility.

5.3 Our Security Measures

• API keys are stored with AES-128 (Fernet) symmetric encryption.
• Original API keys exist in server memory only temporarily and are encrypted immediately upon storage.
• Encryption keys are managed separately as environment variables.
• We never use API keys to execute trades (orders, withdrawals, etc.) on your behalf.

6. Prohibited Actions

You must not:

• Use the Service for illegal activities or money laundering
• Steal or gain unauthorized access to others' account information
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service (DoS attacks, crawling, scraping, etc.)
• Collect, copy, or distribute information provided by the Service without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Intentionally circumvent or abuse API rate limits
• Use the Service to infringe on the rights of others
• Register with false information or abuse the Service

7. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, logos, content, AI models, and algorithms, belong to the Company.
• You are granted a limited license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your subscription period.
• API plan subscribers are permitted commercial use within the scope of their subscription tier.
• Copying, modifying, distributing, or selling any part of the Service is prohibited.

8. Pricing and Payment

8.1 Plans

The Service is available in the following plans: Free, Starter, Essential, Elite, Ultra, Enterprise. Features and pricing for each plan are specified on the Service website.

8.2 AI Insights Credits Policy

• AI Insights analysis (portfolio analysis, risk assessment, performance analysis, etc.) is credit-based.
• Each analysis type consumes 1 credit.
• If you exceed available credits, an upgrade prompt will be displayed.
• Monthly reset: Credits reset on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC.

8.3 Payment and Refunds

• Paid plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis and automatically renew on the billing date.
• Upon cancellation, you may continue to use the Service until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds are processed only if requested within 7 days of the billing date (excluding cases where the Service has been substantially used).
• Upgrades from free to paid plans take effect immediately.

9. Service Changes and Interruptions

• The Company may modify all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.
• Significant service changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or in-service notice.
• The Service may be temporarily interrupted due to:
  • System maintenance and updates
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, national emergencies)
  • Exchange API service failures
  • External data provider service failures
• The Company is not liable for damages caused by service interruptions, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

9.2. Market Report Automated Alerts

• Market Report is automatically generated daily and sent via Telegram containing market analysis.
• Typical transmission times: 08:30, 12:30, 16:30, 20:30, 23:00 KST daily (subject to change).
• You can unsubscribe from Market Report through the settings page at any time.
• Black Swan Index alerts are also included and sent immediately when extreme market risks are detected.
• The Company assumes no liability for Market Report generation or delivery failures.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "AS-IS," and the Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Service.
• The Company is not liable for:
  • Financial losses resulting from your investment decisions
  • Data discrepancies due to exchange API errors, delays, or outages
  • Third-party service failures (exchanges, data providers)
  • User negligence (credential exposure, improper API key permissions, etc.)
  • Inaccuracies in AI analysis results
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid by you in the preceding 12-month period.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is collected, used, and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by User

• You may request account deletion at any time through the settings page or by email.
• A 30-day grace period applies upon deletion request, during which you may withdraw the request.
• After the grace period, all user data will be permanently deleted.

12.2 Termination by Company

• If you violate these Terms, the Company may restrict your access or terminate your account after prior notice.
• In urgent cases (illegal activities, security threats), access may be restricted immediately without prior notice.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• In the event of a dispute, the Company and user shall negotiate in good faith to reach an amicable resolution.
• If no agreement is reached, the Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
• EU/EEA residents may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

14. Changes to These Terms

• The Company may modify these Terms to the extent not in violation of applicable laws.
• Changes will be notified at least 30 days before the effective date via in-service notice and registered email.
• If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you may terminate your account before the effective date.
• Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
